I am a Leo award nominated TV host, artist, video journalist, filmmaker and photographer born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq with experience stemming from many years creating and hosting lifestyle content for Shaw TV both on Vancouver Island and in Vancouver. I was part of the ‘go! Vancouver’ lifestyle magazine show team that aired on channel 4 in the greater Vancouver area, addition to being the host & producer of the Leo Award nominated show ‘Open Doors’ which featured stories for and about newcomers to Canada.  I've interviewed numerous celebrities and personalities including Avril Lavigne, Martin Sheen, Jenna Dewan and many others.

In addition, I'm a mom to 2 wonderful little ones who keep me busy and the owner and CEO of Love 2 Media, a multimedia company that helps capture everyday moments for clients through the magic of photography and videography. I'm also a media consultant teaching photography, videography, and social media classes.  I also host and produce a web talk show called ‘Parenthood Lifestyle with Dunia Tozy’ which showcases inspiring parents and everything parenthood related.

I was honoured to be a finalist for the RBC Top 25 Canadian Immigrants Award for two years in a row in addition to representing Canada on the Ship for World Youth. I have a B.Sc. from UBC in Biology and a Broadcast Journalism diploma from BCIT.

I am excited to publish my second adult colouring book called "Love Around the World -  A Multilingual Colouring Book" featuring illustrations of the word 'Love' in 22 different languages and hope you enjoy colouring it as much as I did creating it :)
